Thank you for discovering Ocean Refund!

I am an ocean lover and beachcomber. My love and connection to the sea and my commitment to protecting it inspired me to create Ocean Refund.

Living in the Mediterranean, surrounded by the vast blue waters, has only deepened my love for the ocean. One day, as I walked along the shore, picking up pieces of sea glass, a thought struck me—what if I could do more? What if I could clean the beaches and turn what was left behind into something beautiful? That moment of inspiration became the foundation of Ocean Refund, a way to give back to the sea that has given me so much.

Ocean Refund was born from a love for the ocean and a mission to give back—transforming what the waves leave behind into something meaningful and beautiful.

I remove debris from the ocean and beaches, giving new life to what doesn’t belong there. Sea glass and other discarded materials are collected, cleaned, and turned into unique jewelry—each piece telling a story of renewal and transformation. What was once waste becomes something cherished, a reminder that even the smallest efforts can make a difference.

The sea glass I use is handpicked, and each piece carries a part of the place where I collect it—whether from where I live, in Spain, or from my travels. Once lost to the waves, these fragments are now reclaimed and reborn as wearable treasures.

More Than Jewelry—A Mission to Restore

The name Ocean Refund reflects my mission: to return what doesn’t belong to the sea and to give back to the waters that give us so much. Having spent much of my life on islands in Greece and Spain, I’ve developed a deep love for the ocean. I wanted a name that honored that connection and reminded us of our responsibility to protect it.

“Ocean” represents the vast blue world we must care for, while “Refund” is giving back. It’s the call to restore what’s been lost and damaged. And the “Turtle O”? That’s a little tribute to my love for these incredible creatures!
